I am in my final year at Baruch College in New York City, where I am working on a bachelor's degree in economics. Prior to pursuing my bachelor's, I received an associate degree in science, along with a minor in English.When learning new material, I strive to develop a deeper understanding of the content so that I am able to explain it to someone with no prior knowledge of the subject. I believe this is a good strategy that helps one master their studies. Not only has this helped me expand my knowledge, but it has helped me improve my students' understanding through tutoring sessions.Ever since I was a student in high school, I have always felt this drive to help struggling students. Since I have been studying in college, I have assisted a number of classmates by guiding them through difficult course content. In addition to tutoring, I have arranged study groups, where the focus isn't just on memorizing content but also on sharing knowledge with one another.I specialize in teaching reading and writing among all grade levels, economics, and high school mathematics. I enjoy helping my students overcome their obstacles as they pursue their academic goals. My hobbies include traveling, finance, reading, and bicycling.
